1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS

13. SUSPENSION OR TERMINATION OF ACCOUNT

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time for reasons including but not limited to a breach of this Agreement, non-payment of dues or other material breaches related with gaming laws.

14. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

All transactions are final and irrevocable; we do not refund deposits (the "Refund").

15. RESPONSIBLE GAMBLING

You agree that you will use our Services responsibly, in compliance with applicable law. We offer a range of tools designed to facilitate responsible gambling including deposit limits, loss limits, self-exclusion options.

16. DEFAULT AND REMEDIES

In the event of non-compliance or failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement by any party (the "Defaulting Party"), we may exercise our rights and remedies available at law in order to protect its interests, including without limitation enforcing collection action regarding amounts due from said Defaulting Party.

17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

We maintain the right to resolve disputes fairly with users of all matters arising out this Agreement in a fair and timely manner based on an honest determination of facts as best available information provided by us or any other party involved during any dispute resolution proceedings between parties hereunder, without regard to personal interest; it being understood that in resolving such disputes we may consult third-party experts whenever necessary.

18. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed and construed according to the laws of our jurisdiction (Curacao) for all disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions, no matter where performed or located or under whose jurisdiction they fall into.

19. AMENDMENT AND SEPARABILITY CLAUSES

These provisions are severable in that any provision which is illegal, invalid and/or unenforceable shall not affect the legality, validity and enforceability of the other provisions contained herein; these Terms and Conditions can be modified or amended by us at our sole discretion from time to time.

20. COMPLETE AGREEMENT

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and us in relation to its subject matter.
